A ROMP IN THE SWAMP
Something strange was happening in the park. Swampy puddles of quicksand almost swallowed a helpless mortal. The beautiful forest dryads seem to be replaced by slimy Vila (Swamp Nymphs). The nature gods Dionysus and Demeter fought over each of their missing earthly power symbols.
When the demigods discovered kikimora creatures changing parklands into swampland, they learned the truth: The Leshy, Slavic god of forests and hunting, had tricked the nature gods into giving him the power to turn the entire world into one massive, inhospitable, swamp.
With the help of their new ally, the Slavic Earth Goddess Mokosh, the demigods reclaimed Demeter’s Cornucopia and Dionysus’ Thyrsus from the Leshy and saved the world from a monstrously muddy fate.

FIRE (GONE) AWAY
Below is a message we received from the Anti-Muse, Alma, who sought to destroy all creativity and original thought by stealing back the ancient fire of Prometheus, who called on help from Anansi, the West African spider-god similarly famous for stealing things back from gods and giving them to the people:
Hey Darling Demigods, it’s me, your favorite muse, Alma! Hollerin’ at you from TikTok about my latest and greatest plan- to like, destroy all creativity. Check out my insta, where I have a carousel about all the things that are so overrated. Become a patron and get exclusive access to ally-only info about how I stole back Prometheus’s fire and harnessed the mad power of vampire mosquitos to, like, suck the creativity out of humanity. Anyways, that’s all for me. #unblessed.

NIC-NEVER GONA GIVE YOU UP
Last time on your third eye, the newest season of America’s Next Top Demigod, the TV show where semi-human demi-gods competed against members of the Unseelie Court to win great prizes such as ‘snacks’ and ‘free will’!
Produced for the Moirai’s entertainment by everyone’s favorite evil fairy queen, Nicnevin, and her adorable right-hand trickster, Puck, this season of ANTD featured demigods scrambling for clues to win back their fate, getting Rick-rolled by Unseelie fairies, navigating through obstacle courses in Amazon Ninja Warrior, crafting delicious potions to be judged in Hades’ Kitchen, and… renegotiating their contracts to get out of this neverending nightmare-reality show.

ALL WE NEED IS LOVE
As all the love in the world began to drain away into a mysterious vessel in the woods, only the demigods could restore that love back to humanity. They were aided by Celtic hero Étain who knew the powerful witch behind the spell, her longtime rival, Fuamnach.
As the demigods gathered the ingredients for the love potion to destroy the anti-love vessel, they helped Orpheus the great musician regain his inspiration, freed Pothos, god of unrequited love, and encountered Redcaps — monstrous dwarves obsessed with all things red (wait, isn’t blood red?? Not good.)

I AM ‘FRAID OF THOSE GHOSTS
We know our young demigods are usually the braver ones, but usually, our counselors aren’t THIS afraid of every little thing! Something must be affecting the adults; something no one can see…
With the help of inter-dimensional Egyptian ghostbuster Khonsuemheb, the demigods learned how to temporarily banish the malevolent fear-spirits known as the Lemures. But the Lemures were actually just pawns of Remus, the twin brother of the more famous dude who founded Rome. A totally not bitter at all Remus decided to make his own mark on history by taking over the world with fear.
With the aid of Egeria, the prophetic nymph who guided the second king of Rome, and Hathor, the Egyptian goddess of love and joy, the demigods found a way to weaponize joy against Remus and his Lemure army just in time to save the world!

SAMP-OH NO
When several Eidolons (ghostly Greek spirits that bring out the worst in humanity) got loose around camp, the demigods found a “friend” in a Finnish witch named Louhi.
She claimed her magic could help save the day, but only if the demigods could find and repair the Sampo, an incredibly powerful magical object forged by the great blacksmith Ilmarinen.
The demigods had to wrestle the Sampo pieces from some spirit-possessed Amazons, while being reminded by sorcerer-bard Väinämöinen that every story has two sides…

OGDO-ODDITIES: HERE COMES THE FLOOD
In the beginning, watery darkness surrounded the world. When the ancient gods asked it to, this mighty flow receded above the stars and below the earth to make way for the age of humanity.
Some people were not happy about this decision… Naunet, the long-dormant primeval waters, stole Poseidon’s trident and resurrected the shades of fallen sailors to overwhelm and capture every water deity and flood the earth. Isis raised Pharaoh Twosret to lead the demigods in their quest to restore balance, and after a battle long fought, they were able to stop Naunet’s rising tides.

PIRATE’S LIFE FOR ME… FOREVER?
Houyi, the mythic archer who shot nine suns out of the sky, and the demigods were getting ready to search for an immortality potion – you know, typical day at camp – when they were ambushed by pirates!
Ching Shih, the infamous pirate-queen and war-lord, decided to take her rightful place in the cosmos and ascend into immortal godhood. In a part scavenger hunt, part race against time, the demigods gathered all the ingredients to achieve immortality before the pirate-queen and her deadly crew.
Along the way, the demigods helped Houyi realize that while his own mission for the potion was a more noble one, the quest for immortality always comes at a cost.

ALL XIBALBA BREAKS LOOSE
If there was one Element you really don’t want to see held by power-hungry hands, it’s probably Death. Especially when those hands were holding the Obsidian Dagger, an artifact of immense death, stolen from Xibalba, the Mayan land of the dead.
And double-especially when those hands belonged to a monstrous fusion of terrifying godly brother duo Phobos & Deimos into one Frankenstein-of-fear named KRAV, who went on a rampage to cut tears in the fabric between worlds – which spilled ghosts, demons, and danger into the mortal realm in an attempt to turn the land of the living into an undead paradise.
Aided by new friend Cam, demigod descendant of Mayan bat-god Camazotz, the demigods used the sharp needle of their quick wits and strong will to sew up the tears and recover the dagger, allowing Cam to return it to Xibalba and return the world to harmony.

LOW-KEY TRICKERY
How much Loki is too much Loki? Chaos became unbalanced when the world started to forget about all trickster gods except for Loki, who became unable (and perhaps unwilling?) to relinquish the zeitgeist-fueled power they wielded.
So Anansi, the West African spider-god of mischief and storytelling, asked the demigods for help in rescuing a set of trickster-god playing cards to rebuild the “Book of Tricksters” and dim the spotlight on the power-hungry Norse schemer?

A totally not bitter at all Remus decided to make his own mark on history by taking over the world with fear.
With the aid of Egeria, the prophetic nymph who guided the second king of Rome, and Hathor, the Egyptian goddess of love and joy, the demigods found a way to weaponize joy against Remus and his Lemure army just in time to save the world!

FIRE (GONE AWAY)
#unblessed.

Not good.)

A MONSTROUS MISTAKE
Watch out for were-squirrels! They’re stealing our snack! Oh, and also, someone was turning the counselors into animals… but more importantly, SNACK!
Epimetheus, Greek titan of afterthought and creator of animals, was trying to “fix” his ancient mistake by balancing human beings with animal traits. The demigods worked hard to help the Chimera (yes, the fire-breathing monster) reunite each of its three heads, convince a misanthropic Norse dwarf to help humanity, and fight alongside Pandora to get back SNACK!
We mean… to save the world. Yeah, that’s more important here…

GOD BREAKS DOG
Hermes was trapped in the underworld, Oracles were warning of past mistakes, random children of Hades kept asking about amulets, and once again the snacks were under attack! Well, actually, the whole camp was under attack, this time by Keres: evil spirits released from Pandora’s jar.
Luckily, Isis, the Egyptian goddess of magic, death, and healing arrived to scare off the evil spirits. She explained that her brother, Set, god of war, destruction and chaos has dog-napped the beloved furry guardian of the Greek underworld, Cerberus.
The demigods followed in Isis’ footsteps to find Cerberus’ missing pieces so that he could restore the guardian of Hades and put an end to Set’s reign of chaos.

THE PENELOPIAD
Perhaps it was bad luck, perhaps it was fate, but as soon as Penelope and her husband, Odysseus, took a much-needed vacation, disaster struck in their homeland of Ithaca.
The former queen of vanquished Troy, Hecuba, announced that she is going to have her revenge on all heroes. She raised a magical army that included giants, merpeople, camp counselors, and a strange fellow named Captain Troy who looked a lot like the suddenly missing Odysseus…
It was a battle of powerful queens for the fate of not only Ithaca, but heroes and hometowns everywhere. You don’t need an Oracle though to tell you how OUR heroes fared on that one.

MISSING: MISTLETOE
Chaos in the Norse Pantheon– and for once, it WASN’T not Loki’s fault (well, not ALL Loki’s fault).
Ragnarok, the end of the world, WAS destined to begin with the death of Baldur at the hands of mistletoe, the only thing that could hurt him. But the time-titan Kronos wound back the clock on that apocalyptic predicament, turning the normally sweet-natured Norse god of light, wisdom and courage into a paranoid and power-hungry problem.
The demigods had to ally themselves with trickster-turned-hero Loki to find the last piece of Mistletoe left in the world in order to put Baldur’s reign of terror to end!

ECHO’S CALLING
Badb, Celtic goddess of war & destruction (and original Mother Crone), concocted a scheme to cause the most chaos across the world by sappin the soul of Narcissus (the original selfie-king), causing the power of his vanity to infect the world like a virus.
To reverse the curse, the demigods went on a perilous quest full of piecing together a broken magical mirror, avoiding the paralyzing screams of Badb’s army of Banshee creatures, and having very repetitive conversations with the cursed nymph Echo, who knows a thing or two about the power of Narcissus.
Our demigods discovered that to stop the screams, they needed to help our new friend find her voice for the first time in a couple millenia. Guess who rose to the challenge?

LEARNING FROM LOSS
This was an excerpt taken from correspondence with Ganymede, Cupbearer to the Gods, who seemed to be on a bit of a power-stealing revenge kick:
Listen up, Buttercups, are you sick of the gods abusing their power? Tired of being helpless when the divine lose their temper? Join me and my army of The Enlightened. We’ve changed the balance of the cosmos and now even the gods will no longer have their powers handed to them. They’ll have to work for it… just like everybody else. Their powers have fallen — take what you can get, and may the odds be ever in your favor.
Luckily the odds WERE in our favor, but not the way Ganymede was hoping. We gave the gods more than just their powers back: we also gave them a lesson in how to be nicer in the first place so these shenanigans don’t happen again…
