A ROMP IN THE SWAMP

Something strange was happening in the park. Swampy puddles of quicksand almost swallowed a helpless mortal. The beautiful forest dryads seem to be replaced by slimy Vila (Swamp Nymphs). The nature gods Dionysus and Demeter fought over each of their missing earthly power symbols.

When the demigods discovered kikimora creatures changing parklands into swampland, they learned the truth: The Leshy, Slavic god of forests and hunting, had tricked the nature gods into giving him the power to turn the entire world into one massive, inhospitable, swamp.

With the help of their new ally, the Slavic Earth Goddess Mokosh, the demigods reclaimed Demeter’s Cornucopia and Dionysus’ Thyrsus from the Leshy and saved the world from a monstrously muddy fate.

SAMP-OH NO

When several Eidolons (ghostly Greek spirits that bring out the worst in humanity) got loose around camp, the demigods found a “friend” in a Finnish witch named Louhi.

She claimed her magic could help save the day, but only if the demigods could find and repair the Sampo, an incredibly powerful magical object forged by the great blacksmith Ilmarinen.

The demigods had to wrestle the Sampo pieces from some spirit-possessed Amazons, while being reminded by sorcerer-bard Väinämöinen that every story has two sides…

I AM ‘FRAID OF THOSE GHOSTS

We know our young demigods are usually the braver ones, but usually, our counselors aren’t THIS afraid of every little thing! Something must be affecting the adults; something no one can see…

With the help of inter-dimensional Egyptian ghostbuster Khonsuemheb, the demigods learned how to temporarily banish the malevolent fear-spirits known as the Lemures. But the Lemures were actually just pawns of Remus, the twin brother of the more famous dude who founded Rome. A totally not bitter at all Remus decided to make his own mark on history by taking over the world with fear.

With the aid of Egeria, the prophetic nymph who guided the second king of Rome, and Hathor, the Egyptian goddess of love and joy, the demigods found a way to weaponize joy against Remus and his Lemure army just in time to save the world!

ALL WE NEED IS LOVE

As all the love in the world began to drain away into a mysterious vessel in the woods, only the demigods could restore that love back to humanity. They were aided by Celtic hero Étain who knew the powerful witch behind the spell, her longtime rival, Fuamnach

As the demigods gathered the ingredients for the love potion to destroy the anti-love vessel, they helped Orpheus the great musician regain his inspiration, freed Pothos, god of unrequited love, and encountered Redcaps — monstrous dwarves obsessed with all things red (wait, isn’t blood red?? Not good.)

A MONSTROUS MISTAKE

Watch out for were-squirrels! They’re stealing our snack! Oh, and also, someone was turning the counselors into animals… but more importantly, SNACK!

Epimetheus, Greek titan of afterthought and creator of animals, was trying to “fix” his ancient mistake by balancing human beings with animal traits. The demigods worked hard to help the Chimera (yes, the fire-breathing monster) reunite each of its three heads, convince a misanthropic Norse dwarf to help humanity, and fight alongside Pandora to get back SNACK!

We mean… to save the world. Yeah, that’s more important here…
